INVITATION TO CONDUCT NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all accredited service providers by the World Trade Center to submit quotation for:

 

Hiring of Official and Venue Enhancements Contractor for Manila FAME April 2017

Approved Budget: PHP 2,040,500.00

Submission of eligibility requirements, technical and financial proposals, and the opening of bids will be on 17 April 2017, Monday at 02:00pm at CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations Part (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and is restricted to organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, as specified in Republic Act 5183.
