The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) invites all interested parties to apply for eligibility and to bid for:
Hiring of Official Booth and Venue Enhancements Contractor for IFEX Philippines 2017
Total Approved Budget: PHP 3,069,800.00
Eligibility requirements and Bid Forms may be obtained from the BAC Secretariat, CITEM, Golden Shell Pavilion, Roxas Blvd. cor. Gil Puyat Ave., Pasay City, during the pre-bid conference on 25 April 2017, Tuesday at 01:00pm upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PHP2,500.00).
Submission of eligibility requirements, technical and financial proposals, and the opening of bids will be on 04 May 2017, Thursday at 02:30pm at the same address.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations Part (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and is restricted to organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, as specified in Republic Act 5183.
